J.B. Knowles has been a lifelong lover of works of fantasy, first creating Katya and the Greenleaf family in high school as roleplaying characters.

 

although he moved into a long career in the fields of justice and mental health, and built a successful writing career in those areas, in 2021 j.b. finally had a chance to build a full world on paper for Katya, which his escape from the real world of covid.

 

with time and inspiration, he was finally able to breathe new life into adventures started over thirty years ago.

J.B. is married and has two sons and three dogs who all share an stately old farmhouse in a quiet corner of Canada.
